What is the best airport to use?

Milan Malpensa Airport - approximately 1 hour away.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the airport and hotel(s)?

The travel form for assitance with airport transfers services closed on the 1st September.

A shuttle service will be in operation between Luino and Villa Porta for any guest wishing to utilise the service. A timetamble will be published closer to the wedding week.

Can I attend the wedding day only?

Absolutely! Whilst we are celebrating over a number of days, our guests are free to choose which days that they wish to attend. To assist our wedding planner/project manager with organisation of the additional events, we do require confirmation as to which days you wish to attend.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is free onsite parking.

I missed the deadline for reserving accommodation at Villa Porta. Are there anymore rooms available?

The Villa is fully booked.

If you registered interest for cancellations, please note that the venue remains fully booked. We would recommend that you proceed to source alternative accommodation.

There are many local b&b’s and apartments in surrounded area of Luino which is just 6 minutes drive from the wedding venue. We will have shuttle services operating between Luino and Villa Porta.

Are children invited?

Due to restricted numbers at the venue, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to restricted numbers at the venue, unfortunately no additional guests are permitted.

Is there a wedding day dress code?

Yes, our dress code is Italian Sunset Lux. Think earthy, autumnal tones, such as browns, terracotta, burgundy, burnt orange, olive green, and mustard yellows. Please view the attached inspiration document here.

While we love and celebrate traditional fashion, we kindly ask that guests wear Western formal attire for this occasion to align with our wedding vision.

Do I need a visa?

As our guests are travelling from different parts of the world, please make sure you check the visa and entry requirements that apply to your individual passport in advance of your journey.

Is there a rehearsal dinner dress code?

Yes, our dress code is All Black Elegance. Think sophisticated, polished, and all black dresswear. Please view the inspiration document here

Where will I find wedding updates?

Weekly wedding updates and important information are shared via the dedicated wedding WhatsApp number +447486 034827.

Any updates that need to be shared to guests during the wedding will be via this method.
